2009/2010 District Rate Lisburn City Council has struck its District Rate for the financial year 2009/2010 at: 18.1180p in the £ for the Non Domestic District Rate, an increase of 0.4582p in the £ or 2.59% and 0.2374p in the £ for the Domestic District Rate (domestic properties), an increase of 0.0060p in the £ or 2.59%.
