2008/2009 District Rate Lisburn City Council has struck its District Rate for the financial year 2008/2009 at: 17.6598p in the £ for the Non Domestic District Rate, an increase of 0.2983p in the £ or 1.72% and 0.2314p in the £ for the Domestic District Rate (domestic properties), an increase of 0.0039p in the £ or 1.71%.
