COUNCIL MINUTES AND REPORTS

Lisburn City Council operates a Committee system to conduct its business. 

Please click here for information on the Chairs and Vice Chairs of the Committees that meet on a monthly basis and direct the activities of the Council.

All Committees of the Council are open to the Public.

All decisions taken at Committee must be ratified at the Full Council Meeting which normally takes place on the last Tuesday of every month. Therefore, minutes of Committee meetings must be read in conjuction with the minutes of the Council meeting at which they were adopted

There may be occasions when the commencement time of a Council or Committee meeting requires to be changed. If you plan to attend any of the Council or Committee Meetings please telephone in advance to check the commencement time on 028 92509250 and ask for Members' Services

It should be noted that due to the procedures in relation to the adoption of Committee Minutes, the Committee Minutes will normally be up to three months behind.
