COUNCIL MINUTES AND REPORTS Lisburn City Council operates a Committee system to conduct its business. Please click here for information on the Chairs and Vice Chairs of the Committees that meet on a monthly basis and direct the activities of the Council. All Committees of the Council are open to the Public. All decisions taken at Committee must be ratified at the Full Council Meeting which normally takes place on the last Tuesday of every month. There may be occasions when the commencement time of a Council or Committee meeting requires to be changed.
