ACTVITY CENTRES While the Lagan Valley LeisurePlex has become one of the largest leisure centres of its kind in the Province, the Council remains committed to providing local facilities to ratepayers within their own communities. The Activity Centres throughout the City play a pivotal role for all kinds of community activity. Four Activity Centres are located within the Lisburn City Council area. These Centres provide locally focused recreation opportunities and promote a wide range of leisure activities to the Public. The four Activity Centres are:
