HAIRDRESSERS  The Hairdressers Act (Northern Ireland) 1939 requires that persons operating a business as a barber or hairdresser must register with the local council.
There is no charge for this registration. Registered businesses will receive routine health and safety inspections to ensure the safety of both employees and the public. An application form is available for download. |
