CINEMA LICENCE
A licence is required under the Cinemas (Northern Ireland) Order for the exhibition of films. Lisburn City Council may issue a licence for such exhibition subject to those conditions and exemptions laid out in the Order.
The applicant must give 28 days prior to notice of his intention to make application and there is a fine, not exceeding £20,000, applicable on summary conviction for having a film exhibition without a licence.
