Vocational Training The Council facilitated Vocational Training Project Team members continue to work to strengthen the links between education, training and the needs of the local economy to ensure that Lisburn residents are properly prepared to meet future and present employment requirements. The Lisburn Skills Training Survey in 2002 has identified a range of training solutions which will provide the framework around which future employee training needs can be addressed.
