Property Certificates
The service provides information of title to a specific property and is widely used by solicitors in determining a property's status prior to valuation/sale. Currently the service processes in the region of 3000 certificates per year.
Customers have a choice of 4 Property Certificate types:
Standard 10 Year Search (PC) (£60)
This certificate is limited to the 1st January 10 years hence from the 1st January of the year in which the enquiry was made. e.g. If the certificate was made on the 12th Oct 2001, the information supplied will date back until the 1st of January 1991.
Full Search (CO) (£85)
Our most comprehensive certificate relating all information, which pertains to the questions asked, dating back to the 28th October 1973.
Follow Up Search (AP) (£25)
A certificate designed to follow on from a 10 Year Search, which update the information back until the 28th October 1973.
Specified Search (SP) (£60)
In a response to a demand from customers we now offer a certificate which will span any 10 year period. This is particularly useful if you know the dates to alterations to property of interest.
