Lisburn City Council’s Building Control Unit were recently presented the Customer Service Excellence Award, (CSE) by the Cabinet Office. The Cabinet Office has also recognised the Unit as a Beacon Organisation for service excellence across the UK. COMMUNITY GROUP FORUM3RD DECEMBER 2009On Thursday 3rd December 2009, Building Control Services hosted a seminar in the Island Civic Centre for Community Groups within Lisburn City. The seminar was opened by the Mayor of Lisburn City, Councillor Allan Ewart and covered many topics from the services we can provide to how to report a dangerous structure or have a new street sign erected. The delegates kindly filled in a questionnaire and the results and action plan can be viewed by clicking on the links below.
