BUILDING CONTROL The Council's Building Control, based at Lagan Valley Island, provides a diverse range of services both to homeowners, surveyors and builders as well as providing an important link between the Council and the Planning Service. NEW - APPLY ON-LINE Lisburn City Council is proud to announce the facility to accept on-line Building Control applications, initially for domestic extensions and alterations and new single dwellings. Lisburn City Council is the first Council in Northern Ireland to offer this facility in co-operation with Northgate IS and Resolution Data Management.
