MEMBERS' SERVICES

Members’ Services organises and services the Council Meetings and its Committees.  This includes the preparation and distribution of agendas, minutes and reports to Members and Officers and the attendance at meetings and preparation of accurate records of Council business.

It co-ordinates the Members’ Allowance Scheme, in line with regulations issued by the Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland.

It is also responsible for the organisation of the attendance of Members and Officers at Conferences, Business and Outreach Visits and Training including the management of mobile telephones and multi function devices for Members and Officers.
