THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
This is a busy office responsible for the provision of confidential secretarial services to the Mayor and Deputy Mayor including correspondence for Members. The Mayor’s Secretary is responsible for managing the diary engagements for the Mayor and Deputy Mayor and includes the organisation and management of civic events and official visits and co-ordinating fund raising for the Mayor’s official charity.
