Emergency Planning

Flooding Incident Line was launched earlier this year. This new single number 0300 2000 100 allows members of the public to contact a single number in the event that their property is flooded or under threat of being flooded.

Members of the public don’t have to decide which organisation they need to ring and the new single number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
