The Director of Corporate Services is Mr Adrian Donaldsonand reports monthly to the Corporate Services Committee. The Chairman for 2011/12 is Councillor Stephen Martin. The Vice-Chairman is Councillor Roy Young.
There are 5 Units within the Department, Assistant Directors lead the following Units:

- Financial Services and Information Technology Unit
- Central Administration Unit
- Marketing and Communications Unit
- Internal Audit and Insurance Unit
