CHIEF EXECUTIVE'S OFFICE Spearheading the Council's drive to be the most  forward-looking authority in Northern Ireland is the Chief Executive's Office, under the management of Mr Norman Davidson. The Office provides strategic direction for all the Council's activities and incorporates all issues regarding equality and the co-ordination of improvement and performance management activities. The Office also has responsibility for the implementation and evaluation of the Council Strategy 2006 –2009. Underpinning the Strategy are the Council Principles: People-Focus; Openness and Accountability; Fairness and Integrity; Partnership and Co-operation. The Chief Executive's Office also co-ordinates the City of Lisburn – 2010 Initiative, which addresses the future development of the City.
