In the event that any online payment is to be refunded, Lisburn City Council will endeavour to make the refund payment back to the credit/debit card from which the original payment was made. If you are entitled to a refund for any online payment made, please contact Lisburn City Council on 028 9250 9250 with the details of your transaction.
If for any reason the payment cannot be made to the originating card, a cheque refund will be made to the cardholder.
