CONFERENCING AND ROOM HIRE Lagan Valley Island offers a variety of rooms for hire for your business needs. We can accommodate all kinds of events – large or small, including breakout rooms in our conferencing facilities which are situated on the ground, first and second floors. Prices for the hire of rooms vary according to specific requirements and these will be made available on request. Our specially trained staff will be able to assist with your business needs. As a venue for your next conference or new product launch, our conferencing suites are well worth considering. We can provide state-of-the-art video and audio-visual equipment, video conferencing facilities (hired in), an on site technician, lighting requirements, staging and seating. The Island Hall, located on the ground floor of Lagan Valley Island, can seat up to 400 persons theatre style and can be adapted for various conference requirements. Many different sized suites are also available depending on your function requirements. 
Our facilities are adaptable and rooms can be sub-divided, or increased in size. Rooms are equipped to the highest specification. If there's something you need and we don't have it, we'll do our best to supply it. Our impressive gardens and Riverside walkways outside Lagan Valley Island will provide the perfect setting for creative photography or that lunchtime walk. There are many exciting features around the Island to help you unwind from the day's activities. Features include: the Diana Princess of Wales Memorial Garden, the Queen's Jubilee and Millennium Bridges, Hanna Memorial Lock Gates, the restored crescent weir, and many sculptures around the site. 
The surrounding City area offers some of the best shopping you will find anywhere in Northern Ireland. Sprucefield shopping centre is on the outskirts of Lisburn City and is currently undergoing a retail expansion programme. The new Bow Street Mall shopping centre has been extended and boasts a variety of high street stores. The Council's Lagan Valley LeisurePlex and the Irish Linen Centre and Lisburn Museum is situated less than half a mile away from Lagan Valley Island. A host of attractions will help you spend your time in the City of Lisburn.
