Come and join the fun! Volunteers aged 16+ from all cultural backgrounds and abilities are welcome. Volunteers are highly valued at IAC and we make every attempt to make it as rewarding an experience as possible. Island Arts Centre's Volunteer Programme provides opportunities for members of the community to donate their time and skills in support of Island Arts Centre's extensive cultural and arts programming for Lisburn City. Volunteers work with arts centre staff to create a friendly environment in which audiences and artists may experience the arts. They are vital part of Island Arts Centre's human resources and increase its ability to provide outstanding prgrammes to the public. The Agreement between Lisburn City Council and the Volunteer does NOT constitute an intention to create a legal relationship between them nor is it intended to be a contract of employment or contract for the Volunteer to personally provide services to the City Council. |
