Irish Linen Centre & Lisburn Museum

The Cultural and Community Unit of Lisburn City Council is now inviting applications for Culture and Identity Grants Programme 2012.

This grants programme aims to assist constituted groups working within the Lisburn City Council area in the field of culture and identity.

A special focus of this year’s programme may be the marking of the centenary of historical events in 1912 and the beginning in that year of a decade of events that have shaped identities in Northern Ireland.

Closing date for completed applications 4.00pm, Friday 24th February 2012.

An information workshop to assist groups in completing the application form will be held in the Bridge Community Centre on Monday 6th February 2012 at 7.00pm.
