JJ Lynch is a motivational leadership consultant. He is the Managing Director of Leading Edge Leadership, a Belfast-based leadership consultancy. The core work of the consultancy is to deliver leadership training programmes alongside business and personal skills training.
JJ works extensively across the UK and Ireland delivering keynote leadership talks to organisations and businesses in both the private and public sectors.
